Embrace your Power Pledge: Terms & Conditions 

These Terms & Conditions set out how to take part in this Pledge, including who can participate, how the pledge works, and how Avon’s donation of US $100,000 will be made and managed. By submitting a pledge, participants confirm they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

  1. 1. Promoter

    • Avon Cosmetics Limited, registered address: Nunn Mills Road, Northampton, NN1 5PA (the Promoter).

  2. 2. Charity Beneficiary & Administrator

    • Donations will be made to the following beneficiaries:

      • The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). (EIN: 13-3727250), with registered address, Suite 609 28 West 44TH street, New York. Avon’s donation will be designated to support the Women’s Cancer Research Fund. A breast cancer research programme of the BCRF working to support the advancement of the worlds most promising research directed at the development of innovative approaches to the prevention diagnosis, treatment, survivorship and metastasis of breast cancer.

      • The No More Foundation. (EIN: 83‑3491251), with registered address Suite 381, 195 Maplewood Avenue. Dedicated to ending domestic and sexual violence by increasing awareness, inspiring action and fueling culture change. Avon’s donation will be designated to the facilitation of the Equal Futures Fund. More information about the Equal Futures Fund and NO MORE is available at www.nomore.org

    • Avon will donate 95% to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation and 5% to The NO MORE Foundation.

  3. 3. Eligibility

    • 3.1 This promotion is open to residents of all countries aged 18 years or over, provided participation is permitted under the countries' local law and regulations. 

    • 3.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights in the participant’s country of residence. 

  4. 4. Pledge Period

    • 4.1 The Rethink Power Pledge opens on 9 March 2026 at 12:00 (noon) GMT and closes on 31 May 2026 at 23:59:59 GMT.

    • 4.2 Pledges received outside this period will not be accepted and will not affect the Promoter’s total donation to the Charities.  

  5. 5. How to Enter

    • 5.1 To enter, participants must enter their first name and surname on the pledge page. 

    • 5.2 No purchase necessary.

    • 5.3 One pledge per person, email address or household. Duplicate or automated entries may be rejected. 

  6. 6. Donations

    • 6.1 You will not be asked to pay to make a pledge. Pledging does not trigger a donation from you. 

    • 6.2 The Promoter will arrange for a donation of US $100,000 to be equally transferred to the Charities. This total is capped and fixed and does not depend on the number of pledges. 

    • 6.3 The funds will be sourced from existing Avon Foundation funds held by the Charities Aid Foundation and transferred to the Charities before the end of December 2026.

    • 6.4 The Promoter reserves the right to close the Pledge Period early where operationally necessary. Any such closure will not reduce the total donation amount set out in clause 6.2.

  7. 7. Data Protection

    • 7.1 The Promoter will process the personal data you provide solely to administer your pledge and to ensure the integrity of the campaign.

    • 7.2 Your data will be handled in accordance with Avon’s Privacy Notice, which explains how we collect, process, share, protect and transfer information under the applicable privacy laws. To view the Privacy Notice click here.

  8. 8. Liability

    • 8.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for pledges lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise invalid due to any technical, network or system issues.

    • 8.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 

  9. 9. Fraud, Misconduct, and Cancellation 

    • 9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify any pledge that it reasonably believes to be submitted as a result of fraudulent activity, manipulation of the pledge process, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

    • 9.2 The Promoter may cancel or amend the promotion where necessary due to events outside its reasonable control. 

  10. 10. Decisions of the Promoter

    • All decisions of the Promoter regarding this promotion are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  11. 11. Governing Law

    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protections or rights of jurisdiction available to participants under the laws of their country of residence.
